Define 'innocent.' The guy was part of a super soldier terrorist group. They were robbing banks, conducting raids, killed civilians in a supply depot attack. Did I cross a line taking him out after he surrendered? Maybe. But don't call him innocent. The world isn't black and white anymore - that's why the Thunderbolts exist.
